| HOT YOGA is a challenging class practiced in a heated room (37ø C) that detoxifies the body, burns fat, and builds strength and flexibility. The heat helps you go deeper, so prepare to sweat! Perfect for beginners. |

| FLOW YOGA is a dynamic class focused on breath and movement. Postures are linked together by flowing movements that help you stretch, strengthen, and cleanse the body. |

| HOT FLOW YOGA combines the detoxifying heat of Hot Yoga with the flowing movements and sequential poses of Flow Yoga to create a fun and challenging class with a variety of new poses. |

| HATHA YOGA is a classic sequence of yoga postures designed to introduce students to the basics of breath, movement, and alignment. The pace is steady, but postures are taught with more instruction which is particularly beneficial for beginning or cleansing students. |

| YIN YOGA is a meditative deep-stretching class that focus on floor postures, flexibility, and calming the monkey mind. The postures are simple, but the practice is challenging. Great for working deep into blocked areas like the hips, the upper back, hamstrings, and shoulders. |

| PRANAYAMA & MEDITATION is a journey into your own mind where you’ll use breath, visualization, and occasionally mantra to move toward a practice of stillness. This is a beginners’ class, so even students who feel like they “can’t sit still” really enjoy the step-by-step process and the peaceful benefits they experience. |

| INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED is a workshop-style session where you get to try all those crazy arm balances, inversions, and pretzel postures you’ve seen in magazine! All level students are welcome, but be prepared to experiment and have fun! |

This class is based on an exercise method developed by Josef Pilates in the early 1900’s. The class focuses on building strength in the core abdominal and postural muscles. |
