The Sanctuary is a beautiful place ideally suited for relaxation. I particularly enjoyed the "hot" classes as I sweated buckets, and started to feel better almost immediately. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to help you at all times. The clinic staff is very professional and there is a very warm atmosphere about the whole resort. I'm happy to say that I had lost 9.5kg and felt better than I had in years. I think i've learned a lot about food, my life, my body etc since being here that I will live a much healthier life on my return home. “ … be fabulous while you fast”

The pool is heavenly to lie by whilst soaking up the gorgeous weather and the rooms are a joy to retire to - each with a lovely balcony to sit on enjoying the view down the mountain to the blue sea beyond. At the "Absolute", you CAN be fabulous while you fast! I've come back 11lbs lighter, as brown as berry and (some might say) almost irritatingly cheerful. I'll be back and if you haven't been, GO!

100% vegetarian food on Ko Samui was a joy and a relief and a pleasure to experience the Love Kitchen, particularly knowing that it was a completely animal-free kitchen. Trainee Course Terms Agreement

		I understand that, aside from the deposit, course fees are 100% refundable until 60 days before course start date, at which time no refunds are possible.

		I understand that the venue is an non-smoking & alcohol free yoga & wellness resort.

		I take full responsibility for my own health and well-being during the course and will not hold Absolute Yoga or any of the teaching staff responsible for injuries or other medical problems that might occur.

		I understand that group meals cannot be custom ordered to fit personal needs or requirements simply because personal dietary preferences and needs vary so greatly. If I have specific nutritional needs, I understand I need to make arrangements myself.

		I understand that a positive, team-oriented, optimistic attitude is a requirement for all attendees. Disruptive, rude, or negative behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course.
